These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Concept Coffee & Grill online ordering website and app. By browsing our menu or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site to order.
You can place an order as a guest, no account is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your name, phone number, and (for delivery) your address.
We prepare food to order. Once an order is accepted by our kitchen it may not be possible to change or cancel it. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible using phone 2678079300, email ahmedsaidi2498@gmail.com, 1600 S 22nd St, Philadelphia, PA, 19145.
All prices are shown on our menu and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, delivery fee, and tip.
Card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Where offered, you may also choose to pay with cash on pickup or delivery.
Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with demand, weather, and traffic. Please provide clear delivery instructions. If we cannot reach you or complete a delivery for reasons within your control, the order may not be refundable.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly and we will make it right, a remake, credit, or refund at our reasonable discretion. Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method.
Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, and cross-contact can occur. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering. We cannot guarantee any item is free from a specific allergen.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.
Concept Coffee & Grill text messages: when you tick the order updates box at checkout, Concept Coffee & Grill texts you about that order (confirmation, ready for pickup, out for delivery). When you separately tick the offers box, Concept Coffee & Grill also texts you deals, discounts and special offers. The two are separate choices, and neither is required to order.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Concept Coffee & Grill, and HELP for help. You can also contact us at phone 2678079300, email ahmedsaidi2498@gmail.com, 1600 S 22nd St, Philadelphia, PA, 19145.
